Aster is one of the leading Companies that undertakes Turnkey as well as Task/scope oriented Projects for Transmission and sub-Transmission Lines in India. As an ECP Contractor, our scope of work includes Survey, Design, Optimization, and Detailing of Towers, Testing, Production, Galvanization of Towers, execution of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning of Transmission Lines.

Our capability

Aster has an in-house Design Team that undertakes designing of Transmission & Distribution Towers and Substation Structures as per the Customer requirements. The prototype towers are tested in test beds like Central Power Research Institute (CPRI). Aster Design Team uses latest software, viz. iTOWERS Designer tl, bocad-3D and STAAD.Pro for Designing and Detailing.

Expertise

Aster has expertise in modern Survey and Tower Spotting works and uses the latest versions of PLS-CADD software. This helps our Customers to obtain options of the most optimal Transmission Line route. Survey with the help of state of art gadgets DGPS and Satellite imaging is used for providing the most economical Transmission Line Profile to the Customers.

Aster is equipped with Tools and Plants required for Erection and Stringing of Lines. We also have Tension Stringing Equipment imported from Tesmech, Italy (quantity two with a capacity of 8 Tons and quantity one with a capacity of 15 Tons).

Track record

Aster has commissioned a large number of Transmission Lines of 66 kV, 132 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV, for various Power utilities companies and is in use for the last few years.
