Aster’s Poles, High Masts and Monopoles (PHM) SBU is equipped with one of the largest Galvanizing Plants in Asia with a production capacity of 52,200 MT per annum. The Plant is equipped to Galvanizing sections of up-to 12m length in single dip.

The manufacturing plant is located at Choutuppal and it manufactures three prime products i.e., Octagonal Galvanized Poles, Polygonal Galvanized High Masts and Monopoles.

Octagonal Galvanized Poles

Aster manufactures and offers Octagonal Galvanized Poles, High Masts and Monopoles in sections of 3m to 14m length.

Aster has a long track of experience in providing turnkey solutions like road electrification starting from designing of proper lighting solution with adequate “lux” levels as per IS Specification to installation and erection of street light poles.

Aster is equipped with in-house design team we are able to offer customer oriented solutions like ornamental and decorative arms for beautification and aesthetic appeal of Poles for city lighting.

Polygonal Galvanized High Masts

Aster manufactures and offers Polygonal Galvanized High Mast of 12m to 60m.

Aster has a long track of experience in providing turnkey solutions like Port lighting, Yard lighting, National Highway Crossings and Stadium Lighting solutions.

Monopoles

Aster manufactures and offers Monopoles of 6m to 60m heights for Telecom and Power Transmission applications.
